need help with macro -move cursor down then home

can someone help me with code to
move the cursor down a row and to column 2?

I've been using
ActiveCell.Offset(0, -3).Select

but it has flaws , I need it to go to the 2nd col from left

More reliable might be:

Cells(ActiveCell.Row+1,2).Select

Doesn't depend on values being in other cells.
