Need help with Licensing Server

Hi,
I don't know very much about TS and so need help from
more experienced users.

We have 7 licenses (CALS) and run them from
Member_server1, the Licensing server has been installed
on the Domain Controller.
We were having probs with the member server crashing and
suspected it might be due to the licensing server being
on the domain controller, the reason we thought this was
that when we looked at the licesning server GUI on the DC
it could not see Member_server1.
All very confusing so far.. here's what we did next...

We removed the licensing server from the DC and have
installed it on the member server because it is the only
one people are connecting to. The problem is that if we
double click on the new licensing server in the control
panel of Member_server1 it tells us that no licensing
server is available.

WHat do we need to do to make Member_server1 become the
licensing server?

It is recommended to run the LS on a Domain Controller (if you are
running W2K, that is). You can try to install it on a member
server, but then you have to hardcode the address of the LS into
the registry of the TS (even if they are running on the same
machine).
