Is anyoine else experiencing any problems with Internet Explorer
closing down on you while you're trying to go to another web page?

I'll be on a site and then click to go to another page on that same
site and an error message will come up asking me if I want to report
it to Microsoft or not. No matter what I choose it will close out all
the IE windows I have open. This is a real pain.

Sometimes I can go back in and try opening that page again and it will
work, other times it happens again. For awhile there I thought it was
only doing it on bad links, but that isn't the case.

This first appeared after installing service pack 2, but it seems to
be happening more often now.

Anyone?

First eliminate any scumware.
CAUTION!!!!! Before you try to remove spyware using any of these programs ,
download a copy of LSPFIX from any of the following sites:
http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm
http://www.spychecker.com/program/winsockxpfix.html
(if your OS is Win2k or XP) The process of removing certain malware may kill
your internet connection. If this should occur, this program, LSPFIX, will
enable you to regain your connection.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do
than just those two programs. CWShredder is also available here:
