need help with acces, to export data

hi, need to know if i have letters set up on access which direct u onto the
letter in a word document with all the info there is there anyway of making
access import the name and address over from each client im on
 
If you have personalized info in Access you want to merge with boilerplate
word docs, use Word Mail Merge.
