Need help with a virus.

When I try to go to regular mode, my computer automatically shuts off, so I'm
in Safe Mode right now. I tried to install a anti-virus software, but I can't
because it says : "The system administrator has restricted this type of
software." So I can't install a anti-virus software, and I can't go to
regular mode. Help?

As Chris says, this isn't the right newsgroup.
However, the instructions in the following link describe SDFIX, a program
that only works in safe mode on Windows XP:

If you're running a different version of Windows, search the Safer
Networking Forums for a solution.
