I have been asked to create a page that customers can complete and print out,
this would not need to be a form page, as we do not want to get the results
via email. I'm not sure where to begin, if I can publish a PDF, and allow
that to be modified by each customer? Or if a form page is the only way to
go, is it then possible to allow them to print out the page with the
information displayed? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

You can create a form page and then have a custom confirmation page
(designed the way you'd like) that they can fill out. If you want to use
PDFs then you'll need to get Adobe Acrobat and create a fillable PDF and put
it on your site. Then they can fill it in and print it.

Here's a brief tutorial on how to do this: I'm assuming you have a
basic knowledge of how to create a form.

Once the form has been created under the options tab point the
confirmation page to the page you want them to print.

Open the confiramtion page and insert the Confirmation field. You'll
have the option to give it a name, just be sure to include the exact
name of the field you want to input from the form. To find the
confiramation field: Insert>Insert Web Component>Advanced
Controls>Confirmation Field.

Also, if you're doing a lot of these, you may save quite a bit of time
by customizing your toolbar with the Confirmation Field button. You
can find this by right clicking on the top toolbar, Customize>Insert>
then locate the "Confrmation Field" button under the Commands window.

Good luck.
