Need help using photo story 3 for Windows

Hi everyone!
I have made a photo story for my husband on Valentine's Day. I want to be
able to see it on my my TV using my DVD player, How do I burn it to a DVD?
and what type of program can I use? I undestand Photo Story 3 doesn't have
this option.
And also Windows Media Player does burn videos to DVD's.

You need DVD authoring software...
Nero, Roxio, ULead, WinDVD, ProShow
Gold...to name a few...
