need help using EZ flash for my P4P800SE mobo

Can someone help me out with this?

The instructions on the Asus website seem confusing.

I know its supposed to be simple, I just want to make sure
I do it right.
 
I know how you feel. I can't for the life of me, figure out how to upgrade
the bios on my P4P800 Deluxe... so I gave up before I messed it up

But anyway, I think I figured it out...

1. You take a clean blank floppy, and put the latest BIOS (.ROM) file on it.

2. During POST, you hit <ALT> + <F2>.

3. The EZFlash bios utility does the rest...

I am going to try this tomorow.
If nobody hears from me again, you will know that I FRIED my board.

A couple of tips I would give you if you're doing this for the first time
and are not sure...

1 - If everything is working fine on your PC then you don't need to
update the BIOS. *UNLESS* it will provide you with something you need,
say support for your new CPU. So if it works, leave it alone.

2 - If you are going to do it then get a sheet of paper and write down
everything you will be doing in the order you will be doing it. Including
what you will be typing. This will make it easier for you to follow as
it's your own simple instructions taken from the websites confusing ones.
