Can someone please help me understand methods this "Alexander Voronin"
spammer extraordinaire uses to hide?

What is DNSGOOD.BIZ listed on the nameservers? Can't find a associated
business behind that. Who is hosting the website for raftmate.com? --
and where is the Achilles heel to take this sucker down?

I don't see what your not caring has to do with the creation of new
alt.* groups, unless you want alt.bill.cares.not.not.not to be
newgrouped.

There is none. He's in Russia.
You may want to take your inquiry to news.admin.net-abuse.email. It's
a better starting place than the four groups you've posted in.
