Need Help to solve problem with Word

I am having with Microsoft Word. After copy a whole
page from a website ( included text and graphic ), I paste
the copy on Microsoft WORD . However, I cannot paste
it 'cause
my computer (Microsoft Word) is hang. Checking Windows
Task Manager,I see the message :

" Document-Microsoft Word is not responding "

If I copy only text , I can paste it on Microsoft WORD
easily. This problem happens everytime when I copy a page
with text and graphics/pictures

Can anybody help me to solve the problem?

Graphics files take up lots of memory and it sounds as if
you don't have enough RAM to get them copied.

My RAM memory is 512M How can my computer need more
memory ? During "Pasting the web page from internet to
Microsoft Word ", I did not run any programs except using
internet so I don't think my computer use a lot of
memory ? I am a newbie of computer, I don't know how to
solve this problem.

By the way!
If I use my brother's computer to download that web page(
texts and graphics)and send it to my computer via
Internet ( use attachment)then I download this attachment
to my hard drive C (use Microsoft Word format)). After
download done, I open that file and It's OK. I can open
that file ( the web page with texts & graphics)easily.
I only have the problem with " pasting Web pages with
texts and graphics from Intrernet)

Can anyone explain WHY and can help me to solve it ?
