Need HELP restoring backup pst file

I posted this before but it did not seem to work

I have Outlook 2003 and need to restore my files I backed up using Microsofts backup tool I downloaded from their website

Now that it is on my cd-r who do I restore the backup? Do I just clisk on it or must I do something else

Place it on your harddisk an remove the "Read Only" file property. Then
connect to it from within Outlook by File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...

it or must I do something else.
 
In Explorer right click the file and choose Properties. At the bottom you
can set the attribute
