I have a problem with a server in a small office. Here
are the specifics:
OS = Windows 2000 Server
Drive = One, 80Gb (broken as Drive 0 and Drive 1)
Drive 0 = 8Gb C: drive and small Utility partition
Drive 1 = 71Gb R: drive (for data)
Everything is NTFS except Utility & that's FAT32

Recently had someone deploy Exchange and now my C: drive
is maxxed out & I need to borrow space from R:

I bought a tool from Digital River (Acronis) to increase
my C: drive but it sees R: as being on another disk.

What can I do?

I have used PartitionExpert extensively and so far its graphical
display of drives has always been correct: If two drives are
located on the same disk then it shows then as being on the
same disk.

If the product reports the wrong configuration then you
have several options:
- Use PQMagic
- Buy an 80 GByte disk (they are cheap!) and use it to
copy your existing partitions across. Post again if you
need details on how to do this.
