need help plz

hello guys. i need some serious help here.. I own a HP m9150f which i
purchased from future shop. it came with windows vista..i have a disck
with all the drivers and what not. now what has happened is my pc
caught a dangerous virus where i cant do anything. and i was trying to
reformatt my pc clean. so when the windwos starts i tried pressing f11
which is system recovery.. but that is not loading. im guessing the
FACTORY_IMAGE fartion for currpoted?? but when i go to my computer i
can see the factory image is there. So now i am stuck. I don't know how
to restore it. I did not make a Recovery CD so my next option is to buy
a disc from HP which i can't because i do not have a credit card and im
a international student in canada. So i ask you guys help what i can do
to restore it? anythign i can download? i have a legit windwos serial
key. Please help me out thank you

Is it a fairly new machine? Have you considered calling HP support for
help?

Try pressing F10. That is the normal key used to start the HP recovery
process. You want the Advanced option to do a full, destructive recovery.
Of course, you've already backed up all your data, yes?

If that doesn't work for you, call HP tech support.

You are an international student? Better repeat the 3rd grade. Your
spelling is all ****ed up.
