I got on the internet yesterday and the upgrade popped up
with your websited and it said to upgrade this and that...
Well, I did, now I get an error message everytime I turn
my computer on and it doesn't let me do anything but turn

Rebecca,
If that is your home/office phone in the subject line - please abstain from doing that! :-)

Your ISP - Internet Service Provider - "Juno" bundles all sorts of garbage in its installation
software - you may be looking at a difficult revovery process here.

Begin with a Spyware scan> As follows:

Spyware Removal Tools, Lavasoft's "Ad-aware",
Direct download -
http://ftp.pcworld.com/pub/new/privacy___security/aaw6181.exe

Lavasoft/Ad-aware home: http://www.lavasoftusa.com
Mirror site: http://www.lavasoft.de/

*Also* install and run SpyBot Search & Destroy,
Direct download -
http://spybot.eon.net.au/files/spybotsd_mainapp.exe

SpyBot home: http://security.kolla.de/
SpyBot How-To: http://www.tomcoyote.org/SPYBOT/
More detailed help: http://tomcoyote.org/~mosaic1/spybot/
Support Forum, http://net-integration.net/cgi-bin/forum/ikonboard.cgi
Navigate to the SpyBot S&D section.

Install, reboot, read FAQ and overview, use online update feature to obtain the latest reference files,
scan for Spyware much like you would with your pre-installed anti-virus scanner.
Rid your machine of unwanted Spyware pests.

Then, finalize your Spyware cleanup with "Hijack This".

Go to:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/hijackthis.zip

Unzip, double-click "HijackThis.exe" and Press "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates "hijackthis.log")

Next, HijackThis | Config [button] | Misc Tools [button]
Click: Generate StartupList log [button] (generates "startuplist.txt")

Next, go to the below location: Spyware and Hijackware Removal Support.
http://www.spywareinfo.com/forums/index.php?s=8a236cdf61469fbad3bddbe810be0374&act=SF&f=11

Sign in, then copy and paste both files in your message.

Rebecca, this isn't Microsoft. It's a public discussion group about
the ie6 browser. It's a little late now, but you do NOT want to post
your phone number in a newsgroup.
