Need help moving PC to new Domain

I have a 150 PC across three buildings, I need to change
the AD Domain that pc use to newly created AD Domain. I
have looked at scripts, netdom, etc, I am complety
confused on how to acheive this without using complex
scripts.

Can anyone give me a good answer how to migrate these PC
to new domain without having to go to each PC.
