need help in lan card installation

I am using window xp, home edition. I got problem with
the lan card. I bought the D-Link DFE-530TX 32bit lan
card. Everytime when I install the driver, it always
appear this error:

There was problem in your installation.
The data is invalid.

I tried by change to another lan card but still face this
problem.
Please help me by drop me a line to my email add if you
know the way to solve the problem,

try just installing the ethernet card and let windows xp
install the driver for it automatically. dont install the
driver, just let windows xp do all the work.
