need help in desining an apartment vacate report to show charges

I need help in desinging a vacate form that will show all repair charges
against a deposit that was payed when a tenant moved into an apartment when
that tenant has moved out.
 
Without knowing the structure of your tables and data, we will not be able
to help you very easily. What tables and queries will you be pulling the
information from? What do you want the report to look like?
