Need Help Identifying Programs

A customer's XP machine has started doing some strange things (such as wiping
out the network settings and crashing pcAnywhere). A search through the running
processes yielded a few toobar hijackers and some spyware, but I am having
trouble identifying 2 of these:

C:\Windows\System32\CfgSrvc.exe
C:\Windows\SDMan.exe

Can anyone offer some assistance?

It appears that these 2 programs are common to Sabre Booking engine
installations. I still have no idea what they do.
