Need help for malfunctioning mouse?????

My wireless microsoft mouse has quit working - does microsoft stand behing
their products in replacing or repairing????

did you try changing the batteries?

is it in warrantee?

how would we know anyway? we don't work for MS, this is a volunteer group of
peers in a FrontPage newsgroup.
 
Try the Windows (Hardware) group - this group's for Frontpage (web design
software)

I am having a problem with the mouse locking-up when it hits a new screen.
Tried: Control Panel - no help
Restart: No help
Cold Reboot: No help
Tried Help Screens : No help
It took me close to hundred mouse click to get to this Message Screen.
HELP!

Mouse lock-up problem I have tried every thing I can think of: Restart,
reboot, Control Panel etc.

Help!
 
It's not a FrontPage issue.
