Need help for address bar

I went to this website and now everytime I click on the
letter of the website, the URL shows up on the drop box. I
cleared the history button and it didn't work. I checked
the registry under "typed URLs" and it's not there. The
website still shows up. Help!
 
I haven't tried that yet. Thanks! I'll try it when I get
home on my computer. Would that get rid of the URL?

See DelTypedURL.inf at this site:

Delete the file index.dat.
