Hi,
I'm very new to Access and I need some help designing
forms. I have an Order Entry Form which I want to link
to "Products" and "Product Categories" tables. What I need
is two combo box fields - Category and Product Name within
the Order Entry Form (in a subform).
However, because the Product entries are numerous, I want
it to be first filtered by the Category. So, the user
select the category first from a combo box, then
supposedly, only the products in that category should show
up in the product combo box next to it.
How can I do this? Right now, whenever I selected a
category field in the Order Form, all products can also be
viewed in the product column. What I want is that only
products in the same category may be viewed and selected.
Thanks very much for all your help.
