Need Help Creating Invoice Report

I need help on how to create blank lines on an invoice report. If there are only
a few line items, I need to create blank lines so that Subtotal, Shipping, Sales
Tax and Grand Total will always be at the bottom of the page. Also, if there are
many line items that carry down to the bottom of the page or over to the next
page, I need to have at least one line item on the second page and Subtotal,
Shipping, Sales Tax and Grand Total immediately under the last line item.

The Page Footer section of a Report appears at the foot of each page
regardless of the number of detail lines produced by the Detail
Section. There is also the Report Footer that appears only at the end
of the reported document. You can place your Totals appropriately in
these sections.

You may also need to make use of the Sorting and Grouping tool in
relation to Group Headers and Footers. All of these are essential
tools in invoice design.
