Need help convertering videos in .rmvb Please help!!

I downloaded some anime that’s in .rmvb or RealAudio / RealVideo VBR. I wanted to convert it to MP4 so that I can watch it on my PSP. I have WinAVI video converter and when I converter it, it comes out with no sound. Other converters don’t work at all. I just need a cnverter that can converter it to anything else but .rmvb. Please can someone help me?
