Need help combining contacts, tasks, calendar's etc.

I am using Outlook 2003 and within the past 6 months have also started using
Outlook Connector with MSN Premium. My problem is that I now have 2 of
everything....contact lists, task lists, calendars, etc. One is the original
set from when I first set up Outlook 2003 using my POP3 mail accounts and the
second was set up automatically when I began using Outlook Connector with my
MSN account. I still use my POP3 e-mail as well as my MSN e-mail and would
like to combine my contacts, tasks, calendars, etc. into one. Any thoughts
on the easiest way to do this and to keep the single set of folders?

What is confusing me is that in Outlook under "All Mail Folders", I really
have 2 "master folders"...1 is "Brian's Personal Folders" for my POP3 mail
and the other is "(e-mail address removed)"...each one of these having a full set of
sub-folders including "Deleted Items, Drafts, Inbox, Junk E-mail, Outbox,
Sent Items, Search Folders".

One other thing...if I am using Outlook Connector, do I need to use
Intellisync for MSN or do they essentially do the same thing. I'm a little
confused here.

To complicate matters, I use the Plaxo add-in to sync with Outlook at work
and on my laptop. Is this complicating things and/or duplicating services?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
