Need help changing name order

I have a name in cell A1 of "John Doe". What command can
I use to read cell A1 and create "Doe, John"?

Any help would be appreciated.

=MID(A1,FIND(" ",A1)+1,255) & ", " & LEFT(A1,FIND(" ",A1)-1)
