Need Help.. CD R disk .. reading not reconized!

Greetings Happy Holidays!

I have a issue I am not aware how to deal with. I made a cd r, with
microsoft windows built in writing . Then I reformated and put in roxio 5
basic, direct cd now the disk isnt reconized in DVD or CDRW.

I am lost on this what can I do?

Problem solved, It cleared when i installed nero.. thanks bye happy
shopping, family and holiday times!
