Need Help burning pictures to cd drive

Hello,

I've seen this question many times on groups but none of the answers
seem to work.

I used to be able to burn files to my CD/DVD drive but it no longer
works, I have tried using Nero and Windows program itself, it seems to
be burning but then at the end I get a box saying Unable To Copy To
Disk or something similar.

If you can advise help it would be appreciated.

Maybe the articles below will offer some ideas
and maybe your burner needs service or
replacing. The last new computer I purchased
had a bad DVD burner right out of the box...
it happens...
