need help burning cds

when I try to burn a cd, after I hit start burn button it goes to inspecting
on first song then does nothing else

Are you using CD-Rs or maybe CD-RWs? What app are you using to burn,
Like Nero, Roxio or WMP, etc.? Are your disks brand new or are you trying
to add to already burned CDs? Due to lack of info, a proper response cannot
be posted. Mind readers we are not, but we sure try.

Hi there it might work when you reinstall youre musicplayer windowsmedia
player 10 than it works again i hope it works for you greetings erik
