I recently had to perform a clean install of XP. I installed Outlook BCM
2003 and downloaded all the updates and service packs. The help menu
indicated that I had SP3 for BCM. I had some issues with XP and Outlook and
stated over with a clean install due to registry error. Now after installing
all the updates and service packs for BCM, the help menu indicates that I
have BCM SP2. I downloaded and installed SP3 and received notification that
update was successfully applied. I have repeatly reinstalled BCM and get
same results.

How do I know if the update was successfully applied? Is there an issue
with BCM SP3? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi

You can verify whether SP3 got installed properly by doing the following:
1. Click on the Help menu > About BCM
2. If the version is 2.0.5324.0, then SP3 has been installed. Otherwise it
will reflect SP2 which is 2.0.4813.0

Thanks

Yes, Monica is correct here. Unfortunately we missed that one spot when we
shipped BCM 2003 SP3. Functionality-wise it is a fully functional SP3
product.

I have confirmed that I have version 2.00.5324.0. Thank you both for the info.
