Hi
Each time I turn on PC, it keeps rebooting about three times. Oftentimes in order to go to Windows, I have to choose "Use Safe Mode with Networking". When I get to the desktop, I click reset and then it automatically goes to "normal mode".
I've tried resetting the bios to default mode and I've already formatted the hard drive. Am using Windows XP.

How will I be able to solve this problem? Please email response to : (e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed)

Thanks,
Joyce

Hello joyce and welcome to PCR

First, your going to have to turn of 'auto restart' ...

Go to My Computer/Properties/Advanced ... then Startup and Recovery/Settings then uncheck Automatically Restart
This will not 'fix' your system but you'll be able now to see the error Windows is generating ... let us know what it says including all the details. This will help us to see what is wrong.

Also, a little more information on your system would help. ;)
