Need good Group Policy Resource

Does anyone have, or know where I could obtain the contents of all Group
Policy object contents of the "Explain" tab that describes the effect of
each individual object?

I have a good spreadsheet that nicely tree's out the individual settings, so
that an admin can manually record the settings, I would like to supplement
it with the contents of the "explain" tab.

You can obtain descriptions of the group policies in the group policy help
file (gp.chm) from the resource kit. You can also see the descriptions in
the policy spreadsheet. I've included a link below.
