Need FTP Recommendation

I need to be able to FTP files using a backup program from a remote
office with DSL to a host computer on a peer-to-peer network, also with
DSL. What FTP services are built into Win2K, or would I be better off,
security wise, getting an add on program like CuteFTP Server from
http://www.globalscape.com? Recommendations welcome.
