Need FTP Access

I have an XPP machine that I need to which I need to give a remote user
FTP access so that he can upload his documents daily. The documents will
then be backed up each night on the XPP machine. How do I enable the FTP
server on XPP? Should I get an add-on utility like CuteFTP?

Never mind. When I tried to set up a VPN connection, I got the infamous
"local user database handle is corrupt" error that Microsoft does not
know how to fix. I'll go with a third-party program, since I can get
support on it. Or switch to a new Linux server, if I can get the darn
mail server to work correctly!
