Geeeeez! The only program you need is to cut out nearly all
carbohydrates and starches. Cook your own food from real natural
ingrediednts (raw meat and raw veg in case there is any confusion)
.....then, get off your butt and get some exercise. Works on all
operating systems and in all languages.
Are you a doctor or nutritionist?. Such an insightful answer is
surely going to work for everyone... Next time, mark such drivel as
OT!
To the OP:
Finding what you want via freeware isn't likely to happen. Even more
so since you demand it be in german language format. Most software
of this type is usually 'share/pay' ware. It's also a minority
request. Furthermore, such software can't possible handle every
possible trait or condition of the individual. But there is a way.
Pick up a local copy of OpenOffice and become familiar with using
its spreadsheet. You can create a completely statistical based set
of sheets that can do everything you want based on your own personal
needs. Over the years, I've had great success using it for my own
weight-lifting program. Part of which deals specifically with diet,
meal-planning, and a foodbase -> (Custom designed food data base
centering on what I have been eating at any given time). I might add
that all of it is interconnected from one sheet to the next. It
works.
Granted, to do this will cost both time and effort. But unless you
want to pay someone else to it all for you via a shareware or
payware plan (not wise), then there *is* no easy way out. Using a
free spreadsheet to track and accomplish your goals is very
possible. Try using google to hunt down what other people have done
using spreadsheets to accomplish this. Might even find a few you can
download and import into OpenOffice. Never pass up good ideas.
If the OP is motivated enough to lose weight (Discipline and
effort), then why should it be any more difficult tackling the use
of a spreadsheet?
The possible side effect being that you sit on your butt behind the
terminal instead of pumping the iron. Proper discipline will fix
this although. Good luck.
