Hi David,
Here's a couple of ideas:
1. Downgrade to 512 MB RAM to see if 1 GB is slowing down N4S
2. Check in Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Services to ensure that
Windows Management Instrumentation is set to Automatic & Started.
