Need Files that were infected

I recent purchased McAfee and installed it. When I ran
the virus scan I was told that the following files were
infected and could not be cleaned and I should delete and
reload. Where can I find them. I look on the install CD
but they do not come up. The Files are msvxd.exe,
msvxd16.dll and msvxd32.dll. Any help will be greatly
appreciated. Thanks
