I have 2002 office xp installed and would to configure my windows live
account to OUTLOOK and/or OUTLOOK EXPRESS.
A week ago, I would have said you should be able to access your free Live
Hotmail account's Inbox from either Outlook or Outlook Express by using a POP
account in Outlook or OE because I was sure I had read that MSN was making POP
access to free accounts available, instead of restricting it only to Hotmail
Plus accounts ($19.95 per year). Now, however, I cannot find the article I
read. All I can find now is a reenforcement of the articles that state that
you must use Outlook 2003 or 2007 with the Outlook Connector or the Windows
Live Mail client in order to access free Live Hotmail accounts. The Outlook
Connector that was compatible with Outlook 2002 won't work with Hotmail any
more.
Also whe I go to WORD, there's no "SEND TO" button for mr to click on...
I don't have access to Word 2002, but in Word 2003 there is an "E-mail" button
on the Standard toolbar and a Send To menu item on the File menu. Word 2002
should be similar.
