Need documentation on why Administrators should not be
giving their own End-User accounts, or logging in with
those accounts, administrative privledges that download
files, get email, etcetera. I've seen this information b4,
but now when I NEED to show someone, I can't find it on
the web!

I'm not sure what you are asking for. Do you mean "Why should Administrators
not be _given_ their own end user accounts"?
The general security approach is that the administrator account itself
should not be used for regular logins because you don't really know who is
logging in. For general use, each person should have their own account so
that any actions performed by that person will show up correctly in the
logs. The Administrator login should be reserved for system updates or
special needs. The regular accounts can still have administrator level
permissions, if need be.
