Hi,
I have a Windows 2000 server which is also acting as a DNS
server on a domain called "domainproblem.com" for
example. All pc's on the network use the ip address of
the server in their DNS server properties and all internet
services are working fine except for one problem. Our
company has a webpage that is the same name as our network
domain "www.domainproblem.com" so when the users on the
lan try to access the company website they get "page not
found" "DNS error" messages that appear. When you try to
access the company website from outside the office,
everything is fine. My question is, can I configure my
DNS server to allow access to the company website from
inside the network? If so how is this done, or where is
some documentation on this problem?
Thanks,
Steve
