need database repaired

i keep getting "You or another user may have unexpectedly
quit microsoft access while a microsoft access database
was open. Do you want microsoft access to repair the
database?"

and this time the repair doesn't seem to be working??

Have you made a backup copy?

Have you tried creating a new (empty) database and importing all the
objects?
