Need Complete Updates on CD

I have a client that is not connected to the internet and
needs Windows Updates. Is there anywhere I can actually
download all the Critical updates in one place (Not just
the latest Service Pack)to put on CD? Also is there a way
to also put on the Update engine to run from the cd? I

You can use the catalog to download the updates to any folder you choose
(the downloaded updates will install by double-clicking on them). See
