need character map download for Polish/Slavic

Hello, I have Windows XP.

I cannot find the Polish characters I need in
the "Character Map".

Is there a set I can download?

If so, what is the path I should use when I dump/download
the file so that it is added to "Character Map"?

Check in regional options if you have installed Polish fonts.
