need business plan freeware

Hi, all. A friend here in the MBA school asked if I knew of any
free/inexpensive business plan programs to help him put together a
business plan involving investment properties for a project. ACF was the
first place I thought to ask becuase of the awesome people here. Would
such freeware be available? TIA.

I bought and used Bizplan Pro from Palo Alto Software. It was a good start,
but my current plan looks nothing like their template. Nothing like talking
to potential investors for a nice dose of reality!
