need bulletin board

I need a software program for a bulletin board.

It must go on a FrontPage subweb and retain the subweb name
For instance Myweb.com/bulletinboard

I have enough difficulty managing FrontPage so it must be VERY user
friendly

It will go on a UNIX with Apache server.

A reasonable price tag is not a problem --

It must have very flexible permission rules (FP Discussion Web won't
cut it)

Try 1) www.phpbb.com or 2) www.yabb-forum.com or a choice of many, many
others. (Do a Google search).

Price tag = free

The above examples 1) requires PHP and MySqL and 2) requires Perl/CGI & flat
text files or possibly MySql.

Visit the sites and read up on them, try the demos and see if they fit your
needs/requirements.
