need assistance

I have some programs that I never solicited start up
whenever I turn on windows (im running xp home) and I
cannot seem to be able to delete them ... its called
rundll32 exe . and my system says that I cant delete . I
also wish to adjust what starts upon start up
can i get help ???
also Im Having problems with a system freeze whenever i
go through start and click my "search" button
Any help would be greatly appreciated and in advance thank

You don't want to delete RUNDLL32.exe It's a necessary system file.

G'Day Wayne,

A great deal of unsolicited activity takes place during
System Startup and User Login (Startup Folder).

There are Spoolers, Drivers and Services that Most
people need - Most of the time.

I guess I'm trying to make the point that if you don't
know what you're doing - don't do it - especially
with rundll32!!!!!!

I am having the same problem with Rundll and explorer, I

too have been unable to delete these files. If I get a
solution to this problem I will advise you, and if you
get a solution please advise me. Merry Christmas
