Need an upgrade graphics card!

Hi Peeps,

I currently have a bit of a beast , which I paid my friend to make and I want to upgrade my graphics card but not sure which one to get! I am a huge gamer, and want something that I dont have to upgrade for a few years.

I attached my specs! Any advice or what sort of graphics card to get will be awesome.

What card do you have at the moment?
 
Oh and how much do you wanna spend?

You could sell half that 32gb of RAM and put it towards a GPU. ;)
 
haha I thought it was too much, around £250-350. I just want something that will run star wars game in November without any problems lol
 
My choice would be an Nvidia 970, or you could get an AMD 290x for the same sort of price.

Overclocking that CPU wouldn't be a bad thing providing you have a decent (aftermarket) cooler, and you're confident in doing so.
 
Are you playing at 1080p? If so, the 960 will be good for most games on high settings but if you want to max things out for the forseeable future I'd go for the 970 or wait for the new AMD cards
 
Precisely why I said a 970, Given the budget quoted....
