Need an O.S. and I'm not sure what to do

I just bought a computer with no OS installed on it and I want to get Windows
XP Home Edition but I'm not sure if I buy Windows XP Home Edition SP2 that I
will be getting the full version of XP or just the updates. If someone could
help me it'd be great.
 
yeh, winxp sp2 is the full version.....
be sure its a retail version and not an oem being pawned off to you....
