Need advice - Wireless internet camera

My wife is having a baby next month and we want to set up a camera in the
nursery so that family can log into a website to view. I've heard that setup
is tricky and security is compromised (WEP doesn't work) over wireless.

Any thoughts on a product? Anything up to $500 is ideal.

WEP works... Just more easily hacked than other types of encryption.
Might consider a wireless camera that connects via WPA.
Google and epinions.com are your friends.
Wired may actually be better.

And as far as that goes - you have a router that can do WEP/WPA/etc yet?
