Need advice on spam

Hi everyone
I have MS Outlook 2002 and i'm tired of spam messages. I
have like 150 a day. It's amazing and also a lot of wasted
time. I need your advice on the best filter spam program
you know.

An upgrade to Outlook 2003 will help you as well and also holds Internet
Picture blocking which prevents people of verifying your address existence
by pictures.

BUT, once you start getting that much spam, a very clean way to stop
it is to change your e-mail address. Then never use your new address
to fill in web forms, or post to newsgroups.

Instead, set up something like a hotmail address for all that crap.
Then all the spam goes there.

Changing your email address won't fix it for long - I've *never* sent mail
from my Hotmail account (I just use it for testing), but get tons of spam
there. I've known people who have, within hours of setting up a new mail
account and before they've ever even used it, got spam. Spammers use what's
called a "dictionary attack" - they just cycle through all possible email
addresses, hoping some of it gets through.
