Need a Winamp plugin that does this

I would like something similar to QCD player's quick track: right click on
the song title or the tray icon shows a menu with all the tracks in the
playlist, and clicking on the title starts playing the song. Is there such a
plugin for winamp?

You don't need a plugin, it's built in. In v2.x at least. Just hit the "J"
key wnen Winamp has focus.

There are many KB shortcust built in, you can peruse the list via Nullsoft
